1/2 cup chia seeds
1 can coconut milk (400ml)
2/3 tsp Particle Cinnamon
2 overripe bananas
Note: you could have a chia pudding every morning for a week with this! The ingredients are minimal but the yield is GREAT!!

Chocolate soil (almonds, dates and cacao & maca powder in a food processor)
- Blend the coconut milk, banana and cinnamon in a blender
- Add the liquid to the chia in a larger bowl (consider the expansion of the chia) and stir so that the chia is evenly mixed through the liquid
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes if you're hungry or overnight for optimal consistency.
- Top with your favourite fruits and eat cold, every morning for a whole week!
